We offer international customers two ways to purchase our products:

1.Use a forwarding service
2.Request direct international shipping from Naranja

Please review the information below and choose the option that works best for you.

Option 1: Use a Forwarding Service

You can place an order directly through our online store by using a forwarding service of your choice.

How It Works

1.Register with a forwarding service of your choice.
2.The forwarding service will provide you with a shipping address in Japan.
3.Place your order through our online store.
4.Enter the Japanese address provided by the forwarding service as your delivery address.
5.We will ship your order to the forwarding service in Japan.
6.The forwarding service will then arrange international delivery to your country.

When using this option, you can use the payment methods available on our online store.

Please Note

• You are responsible for registering with and arranging delivery through the forwarding service.
• International shipping fees from the forwarding service, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in your purchase from Naranja.
• Please contact the forwarding service directly regarding international shipping fees, available destinations, delivery times, insurance, and other service details.
• Once your order has been delivered to the forwarding service in Japan, subsequent international shipping is handled by the forwarding service.

Option 2: Direct International Shipping

We can also ship your order directly from Japan to your country.

Direct international orders are usually shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service).

How to Order

1. Send Us Your Order Request

Please do not place your order through our online store.

Instead, please contact us through our inquiry form and provide the following information:

• The products you would like to purchase
• Quantity of each product
• Your full name
• Shipping address
• Phone number

2. Receive a Quotation

We will check product availability and calculate the international shipping cost.

We will then send you a quotation including the product price, shipping cost, and any applicable handling fees.

3. Confirm Your Order

Please review the quotation.
Let us know if you would like to proceed with the order.

4. Make Your Payment

Payment for direct international orders is available by:

• International bank transfer
• PayPal

Please note that an additional foreign exchange handling fee will be added to payments made by international bank transfer or PayPal.

Any bank charges or other fees associated with an international bank transfer are the responsibility of the customer.

5. We Ship Your Order

Once your payment has been confirmed, we will prepare and ship your order.

We will provide shipping information after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

Direct international orders are usually shipped by EMS.

Shipping availability, shipping methods, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country or region.

If EMS is unavailable or another shipping method is required, we will inform you before you make your payment.

Please note that international delivery times are estimates.

Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

These charges are not included in the product price or international shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check the import regulations and applicable fees in your country before placing your order.

Naranja cannot determine in advance whether customs duties or taxes will be charged or how much they will be.

Customs Clearance

Customers are responsible for providing any information or documentation required for customs clearance in the destination country.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to customs issues, refusal to pay import charges, an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or other circumstances attributable to the recipient, additional shipping, return, storage, or handling charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

We carefully inspect products before shipment.

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please keep all packaging materials and contact us as soon as possible.

For EMS shipments, you may also be required to contact your local postal service or shipping carrier to report the damage.

Claims for loss or damage are subject to the terms, conditions, and compensation limits of the applicable shipping carrier.

For shipping methods other than EMS, insurance availability and coverage may vary.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations for international orders may be restricted due to international shipping costs, customs procedures, and other circumstances.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us before returning the product.

Please do not return any products without contacting us in advance.

Any applicable return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other charges will be determined according to the reason for the return and the circumstances of the order.

Product Use

Please use all products only for their intended purpose and follow any instructions or precautions provided with the product.

Naranja is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or use of a product for purposes other than those for which it was designed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We handle customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

For direct international shipping, necessary information such as your name, shipping address, phone number, and order details may be provided to shipping carriers and other service providers only to the extent necessary to process and deliver your order.
